Joe Solcher

While Joe serves as TerraFina's landman, his background is far more extensive and complex. 

 

Joe received his Bachelor of Business Administration Degree in Finance for the University of Texas at Austin and went on to earn a Juris Doctorate Degree in Law.  He served as a First Lieutenant during the Viet Nam era and was a Military Law Instructor for the Non-Commissioned at the US Army Health Services Command, 5th Army, Fort Sam Houston.  

 

Joe served as Vice President-Land for Sierra Exploration Company, Canusa Energy. Inc. and later began his own independent exploration firm, Aransas Petroleum Company.  Between 2000 and 2004 Aransas pursued International offshore concession bids in the countries of Nicaragua and Costa Rica, Central America.  Aransas mapped and analyzed offshore seismic data and identified a large Eocene Reef in the Caribbean and several massive Eocene shale diapirs in the offshore Pacific.

 

In addition, Joe holds a Real Estate Broker License in the State of Texas.
