Wilbur Hammock

For nearly 50 years Wilbur has provided evaluations of oil and gas reserves, log analyses, calculations of property economics and supervised oilfield operations.  His skill set includes performing onsite well logging operations and designing completions He has spent years in South Texas working in the Austin Chalk, Buda and Eagle Ford zones.  Wilbur was responsible for evaluating 2,300 South Texas wells being prepared for a public offering, and he has also operated 30 North Texas leases with more than 400 wells. His knowledge of the Austin Chalk, Buda and Eagle Ford combined with his expertise managing large operations fits nicely with TerraFina’s expansion plans. 

 

Wilbur’s professional resume included operations in Louisiana, Texas, and Oklahoma.  He received his BS in Petroleum Engineering from the University of Oklahoma and is a Registered Professional Engineer in Texas.
