Ben Parma III

Born in San Antonio, Texas, and a resident of Victoria since 1993, Ben Parma III is a seasoned Texas oil and gas entrepreneur with decades of experience in exploration, production, and field operations.

Ben earned his degree in Business Management from the University of Houston. After spending several years as an independent cell phone contractor, he made the transition into the oil and gas industry, establishing BP Production and building a successful independent operating company.

​

Ben experienced significant success during the natural gas boom of the 1990s, when record-high natural gas prices created opportunities for growth and expansion. His success enabled him to acquire a large producing field and further expand his operations in 2002.

​

Throughout his career, Ben has operated oil and gas properties across South Texas, including Duval, Goliad, McMullen, Nueces, DeWitt, and Victoria counties. His hands-on experience and long-standing presence in the industry have given him a deep understanding of both the business and operational sides of independent oil and gas production.

Although Ben has known Ms. Hendler for many years, he began consulting for TerraFina Energy in 2024 when the company began operating in Goliad County, Texas. His extensive experience in South Texas oil and gas operations provides valuable insight and expertise to TerraFina’s ongoing activities.

Outside of the oil field, Ben enjoys the outdoors and an occasional good hand of poker. He spends his free time hunting, fishing, and playing poker.
