FRAUD ALERT – UNAUTHORIZED USE OF TERRAFINA ENERGY'S NAME

As of March 27, 2026, TerraFina Energy has become aware of unauthorized and potentially fraudulent credit card charges being made using the TerraFina Energy name.

These transactions are not authorized by TerraFina Energy and did not originate from our company. TerraFina Energy does not accept credit card payments and does not maintain the capability to process such transactions.

Any use of the TerraFina Energy name in connection with these charges is unauthorized and may constitute fraud and/or identity misrepresentation.  If you identify a charge referencing TerraFina Energy on your account, you should: 

• Immediately notify your bank or credit card provider and dispute the charge

• Report the incident as fraudulent activity

Terrafina Energy expressly disclaims any responsibility or liability for these unauthorized transactions.  We are actively investigating this matter and reserve all rights and remedies available under applicable law.
